Has any one once considered the facts of how that charge played out?
If the accuser was "raped" why exactly would she be okay in settling the case for a reduced charge of "misdemeanor indecent physical assault".

What Castro was really guilty of in the end was embarrassing himself, embarrassing his family and stupidly getting it on with a hooker (that is my understanding of the accusers occupation, perhaps I have that wrong).
I suspect when the lawyers realized that Castro was not even a seven digit ball player, the cause for "justice" took a dramatic turn into a plea will be perfectly acceptable land.
