There is renewed talk about the city taking over this land and building a baseball entertainment zone, whatever that means. This is not a new idea. The city has been trying to force small business owners out of this space for ages.
The decades-long struggle between the small business owners of this neighborhood and the city government have been documented over the years. This little clip drives the viewer right up to the source of the problem, ultimately naming names.

Wow! Does this guy know that many of those businesses may or may not be connected to organized crime? He does seem a lot less informed on the issues than even Wally is though.
