Well, that's because you're an idiot with no life, in addition to being the biggest loser on this board.

Sure, the guy is pressing. But to make such an idiotic statement like the guy can't hanlde NY, as if he's another Bonilla or Ed Whitson, is laughable. Nobody in the history of this franchise has started his Met career with such a bang, nor has anyone been as available to the toughest media in the country in good times and bad.

When I think of what David has done for this franchise and the fact that he's only 25 and one of the main reasons they have been able to compete since 2005, there's no way I would trade him for anyone, let alone Halliday. When you think of players like Schmidt, Ripken, Gwynn and Biggio, you think of HOF caliber players that were the heart and soul of their franchises from start to finish. We've never had that and finally have a shot at it, yet you guys want to trade him for Halliday?

This is a freaking joke, IMO. Why don't you idiots trade yourselves to become fans of another team?
