bottom line....the team likes Jerry and they play for him.
I dont even care about the difference in wins/losses....
With Willie at the helm, any deficit was insurmountable. This team has a lot more fight.
I am not saying they are the grittiest team around, b/c they are not...but a hell of a lot more under Manuel.
I also applaud Manuel's honesty about player performance. He has a way of chastising, but in a "fatherly" way. Willie was so condescending. |
