Cross Baba Booey (without the mustache) with Quagmire and dress him like Travolta in Staying Alive. Give him a voice like Bugs Bunny and voila`.
BTW - you can imagine how great it must be to wake up, scan the board and a thread with a title like this catches your mother****ing eye.
