Problem is, based on what we know, we already have an Honor System "These guys know what they have to do" manager. Oberkfell may be qualified but is he what is needed in this particular situation?
I think he should get the first shot (realistically speaking. . .Backman is committed to another team this year even if it is an independant league and Oberkfell is already employed by the organization) so we should see if he can make a difference with arguably the same style.
