the one thing I can offer, maybe this team was playing not to lose as opposed to playing to win too often, maybe now with nothing left to do they can get their legs back under them and just play baseball, nine innings of executing pitches, plays and at-bats, no point in pressing or playing tense they already did what was feared, they did give up a 7 game lead, now they have to take it back, stranger things have happened. |
